This continued the uptrend in share prices that have been consistent for all of 2014 and on track with the long-term earnings growth expectation of 10.5%. The stock split will be paid out as a stock dividend, which each shareholder receiving an additional share.The move, which is strategic in nature, is expected to increase stock liquidity and lead to more trading. As of late the, the company has been reporting record earnings and revenues.
